How long does each session take?
Each session lasts around 60 minutes, depending on your rest periods and how efficiently you move through the work. It’s structured so you can stay focused and get the most out of your time.
What equipment do I need?
Access to a gym with barbells, dumbbells, a bench, Kettle Bells, and basic conditioning tools (like a rower, ski, treadmill bike) is ideal. Substitutions can be made for most exercises.
Is coaching or feedback included?
Yes. You’ll have access to me via TrainHeroic Chat for questions, guidance, and support throughout your journey.
Can I combine this plan with other training (like sport or classes)?
You can, but recovery is key. The plan is already balanced for strength and conditioning, so be mindful of not overtrain, if you’re adding extras.
